My role is pivotal in supporting key members of the organization, including the Board Members, Executive Director, Marketing Director, and Program Manager.

What I Do

  • Operational Leadership: I ensure smooth daily operations, fostering a positive atmosphere for all team members.

  • Program Management: I oversee the delivery and evaluation of innovative programs, services, and events that engage and inspire our community.

  • Fundraising Support: I handle essential fundraising functions, from updating databases to acknowledging donors, ensuring seamless donation processes and accurate reporting.

  • Volunteer Coordination: I manage the entire lifecycle of volunteer involvement, from hiring to onboarding, aligning their contributions with our organizational goals.

  • Partnerships & Scholarships: I oversee strategic partnerships, apprenticeship programs, and scholarships, tracking participation and managing these initiatives end-to-end.

  • Best Practices Guidance: I provide expert advice on volunteer tracking and organizational policies, enhancing our team's efficiency and cohesion.

  • Team Building: I collaborate closely with the Executive Director and team leaders to cultivate dynamic and supportive teams.

Executive Assistant

I specialize in providing exceptional support to top-tier global executives, including Chief Finance Officers, Legal VP, and Marketing Directors. My role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and effective workflows for executive teams across multiple regions.

What I do

  • Provide high-level support to global executive leaders across multiple regions.

  • Manage extensive calendaring and balancing of conflicting priorities.

  • Oversee projects for the Marketing department and manage procurement process and submission until final approval.

  • Organize complex worldwide travel arrangements and coordinated events for teams onsite & offsite.

  • Manage and submit Executive’s expense reports for final approval and reimbursement.
